‘Best Customer Service’ Award Finalist
We’re very happy to announce that, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, Verus has been selected as a Finalist in the Best Customer Service category at Skipton Business Awards 2019!

There are lots of enterprising and successful businesses in the Skipton area, and it’s been our pleasure to provide IT services to support many of these businesses over the last 10 years. We pride ourselves on friendly, honest and reliable IT support, and customer service is of the utmost importance to us, so it’s great to have been shortlisted and for our efforts to have been recognised in this way. We’re up against some tough competition though, so it will be interesting to hear the judges final decision at the awards evening. Fingers crossed!”

- Our friendly and dedicated team of staff speak to our customers regularly and personally know what makes their business tick.
- We recently employed Kevin – our new customer liaison manager – to help us stay more connected with our customers on a day to day basis, ensuring that all their needs are met.
- We invested heavily in a bespoke customer management system when we started the business, allowing all our team members to see everything they need to know about all our customers ‘at a glance’.
- We respond to any customer issues within 4 hours, using a triage system to ensure that the most critical issues are dealt with quickly.
- We also offer a dedicated out-of-hours line so customers can reach us at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
