Customer Update: Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Amid growing concerns around Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to reassure our customers that we are taking the necessary measures to maintain service continuity.
In the interest of protecting the health of employees and customers, the majority of our office-based staff have swapped temporarily to homeworking. Our team have the necessary tools and technology in place to work remotely and will be fully available by phone and email to support your requirements as usual.
We are currently visiting customer premises to carry out necessary on-site work as required.
If you have an on-site visit scheduled, please get in touch straight away if you or any of your staff have a confirmed or suspected case of Coronavirus, so that we can assess the situation with you.
Kevin, Paul and the team are still available to assist with any queries, quotes and proposals. As a precaution, we are keen to keep face-to-face sales meetings to a minimum at this time, so please get in touch to arrange a chat by phone or video conference to discuss your requirements.
